Returns the primary lookup for ICD-9
Returns the primary lookup for ICD-9	Search string can be directly within the URL as part of the path

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Icd9Code	path,query	string	Yes	ICD-9 code to search from
TargetDate	path	DateTime	No	Target date

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap12 suffix or ?format=soap12
