Get concept Info for a Concept ID
Get XML concept Info for a Concept ID	Concept Base ID can be directly within the URL as part of the path

Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .soap12 suffix or ?format=soap12
