PrimaryLookup

The following routes are available for this service:
GET POST/primarylookupReturns the primary lookup for ICD-9
GET POST/primarylookup/{icd9code}Returns the primary lookup for ICD-9 Search string can be directly within the URL as part of the path
Parameters:

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
